The location is great as metro is just outside the hotel.
There are coffee places, breakfast places, convenience stores around as well!

A nice cozy and comfy hotel based near Ginza. The rooms are small but comfortable. A few shops and cafes in the area which are convenient.

The location is perfect; it is just a couple of minutes' walk from Tsukiji Station. The room is clean and a bottle of complimentary water is provided. Standard Single Room does not have a bathtub and is relatively small, so I would recommend at least Superior Single Room. If you stay for more than 2 consecutive nights, there is no housekeeping, so put the trash on the corridor and request new towels at the front desk.

This hotel was conveniently located, just 12 minutes by metro to Tokyo station. Close to Tsukiji fish market. The rooms are not cleaned every day but the reception is very kind to bring fresh towels. The staff are very helpful!

Hotel Ann is amazingly short walking distance to Tsukiji Market, Sushi Edomae, Family Mart, Starbucks, Tsukiji stations. Hongwanji Buddhist Temple with its calming surroundings is just right around the corner. Getting to-and-fro the airport is a breeze. Especially with the Tokyo Station. The Hotel Ann staff are earnestly the nicest and went out of their way to assist us. Displaying the excellent attitude of the Japanese people. Very very helpful. We are very much in awe. Will utmostly stay and recommend Hotel Ann. Neighborhood is appeasing. Very very clean.

Hotel is located very good place, near 筑地市場walking by 6 minute， walking to 銀坐by16 minute. The room is small but have all you need.
